Shipping policy
We dispatches your order in 1 -2 business day after payment being received.
The freight charge varies depending on the volume and weight of the order, as well as the destination.
Items will be dispatched by either Australia Post or Other Couriers. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your goods are dispatched.
Delivery may vary between peak seasons. Below are approximate estimates:

Please note that you might receive the tracking number and when you track it, it may say the tracking is invalid. The reason is that Australia Post and Couriers' tracking data does not reflect on their website straight away. Therefore, please allow another few hours until the first few scans are updated to the tracking system in their website. If you are unable to track the shipment after 2 or more days, please contact us and we will check what is happening to the delivery for you.
Item that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with eParcel that is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system. The delivery status can be checked at https://auspost.com.au/track
We also use other couriers to delivery certain parcels (oversize or over 22Kg) or in order to cut costs and pass on the savings to you! There is a misconception that couriers are not reliable. However, over the years, we found that Australia Post and other couriers' reliability is quite similar, therefore, it makes sense to us to still use them where Australia Post rates are not as good in order to be able to offer competitive prices.
